The Catamounts got off to their best start in league play since 2001, but are looking to snap a two-game losing streak. UVM dropped a 3-1 decision at UMass Lowell and fell 2-0 to Albany last week.

Nikki McFarland leads the team in scoring with 12 points on five goals and two assists.
Caitie Green has tallied nine points and
Sarah Martin is tied with McFarland for the team lead in assists with two and has eight points on the season.
Ally Ramos is the team's top goalkeeper, having started all 15 games. She carries a 1.56 goals against average and has posted four shutouts.

ABOUT BINGHAMTONBinghamton (3-11-2, 2-4-1 AE) snapped a 12-game winless streak with a pair of wins last week. The Bearcats posted a 2-0 win at Maine on October 18 and shutout UMBC 1-0 on October 22. Binghamton has been out scored 30-9 this season, but is coming off back-to-back shutouts and has allowed just one goal in its last three matches.

Julianne Johnston leads the team in points with five and is one of three players to have netted multiple goals this season. Katie Hatziyianis  it Binghamton's top goalkeeper, having played all but 24 minutes this season. She carries a 1.86 goals against average and a .773 save percentage into the match.

THE SERIESBinghamton owns a 7-5-0 mark against Vermont in the all-time series that dates back to 2002 when the Bearcats joined America East. UVM pulled out a 2-1 overtime win behind a game-winning goal from
Nikki McFarland in its last visit to Vestal, New York in 2013. Binghamton came away with a 3-2 overtime win against the Catamounts at Virtue Field last season.
