Before UVM: Comes to Vermont from South Windsor, Conn. and East Catholic High School … Named all-conference in each of her final three seasons and all-state twice … As a senior she was named the team’s most valuable diver and earned the Cheshire Invitational Most Outstanding Diver ... As a junior she helped East Catholic win the Class S State Championships … Also played lacrosse in high school.
Personal: Is the daughter of Anthony and Evelyn Russo … Has two younger sisters, Victoria and Rebecca … Is a dietetics, nutrition and food science major.
